Is Wardcrest free?

Every public tool (prices, the converter, Bitcoin and gas tools, calculators and single-address checks) is free without an account. A free account adds alerts, a portfolio and a watchlist; paid plans raise the limits and add deeper forensics, bulk screening, monitoring and the API.

Do I need to connect a wallet?

No. Nothing on Wardcrest asks for a wallet connection, private key or seed phrase. You paste public addresses or transaction ids and Wardcrest reads public chain data.

How do I pay?

Plans are prepaid monthly or yearly and priced in US dollars. You pay in bitcoin through our own BTCPay Server, no card on file and no automatic renewals.

Where does the data come from?

Market data from CoinGecko, cross-checked on-chain with Chainlink; exchange rates from the European Central Bank and ExchangeRate-API; Bitcoin network data from mempool.space and Blockstream; sanctions data from the US Treasury’s OFAC list. Each source is credited where its data appears.
